Haunted by his past, Max Rockatansky crosses the Wasteland on his own. In search of fuel to keep his car moving, he meets Hope. In exchange for her freedom, she promises him gasoline. But before Max's Interceptor's tank can be refilled, a dangerous mission must be completed. With no choice, he accepts the deal and travels deep into Buzzard territory. Beneath the sunken city, he not only has to fight a barbaric tribe, but also his inner demons...
