Sue meets Betty and learns she donates time to service dog charities. They try to come up with answers to questions Joseph & Betty might ask. As Sue tries to read Joseph's lips, Jack finds himself in love with Sue. Jack learns Sue is a great cook. Levi also falls in love. Miles hurts his car while tracking Joseph. The man Sue & Jack are tracking is assuming a dead man named Joseph who died in 1996 of a heart attack. Myles learns that one of the Virginia College students is planning to spread Bubonic Plague all over Washington D.C.
