The menu is Biff a la Lindström and in Skærgården we managed to get hold of a whole pike-perch prepared with spinach and onion roe hollandaise. In Carl Larsson's home, Limpa and Gubbröra are prepared and deep in a large Swedish forest, elk stew and blueberry soup are to be eaten.
